REZA ACHIEVES RTS AMBITION BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Dec. 14. noon. TEHERAN, Dec. 13. The Constituent Assembly unanimously voted to amend the constitution, whereby Reza Khan Pehlevi was appointed King of Persia.
