The Woodville Jockey Club's (summer meeting concluded, to-day in fine weather. There was a good attendance. The totalizator handled £16,803, the total for the meeting being £36,832, an increase of over £SOOO. Results:

Papatawa Hurdles, one mile and a half. The Emperor (Caddy) 1, Uncle Dave 2, Raliere 3. Also started: Wilmoreana, Toa Taua, Rata, Suspicion, Axle, Slump, Anaiby, Blue Star, Mixed Heather, Daphne Bruce, Master Felix. Won toy a length, half a length betweeii second and third. Time, 2.51. Novice Stakes, six furlongs.—-No Favour (MoOanten) 1, Mali Jong 2, Joy Ride 3. Also (Started: Pan a it, Pelsarto, Oarrigallen, Hesitate, Tannadice, Pardon, Mint Leaf, Windy Night, Touchwood, Telephone, Pint-hair, Kno-ckaloe. Won by a head, a head between second and third. Time, 1.16. Gothard Memorial Handicap, one mile and a distance. —Kilceit (Ridgway) 1, Ngatoa 2, Printemps 3. Also started: Te Monanui, Waetea, Fool’s Paradise, Olympic, Tari, Arch Salute, Westbroke. Won toy a length, a head between second and third. Te Monanui and Olympic went out sore. Tari was left. It was a great finish. The winner nicely handled, came through at the distance.
