NO . AGREEMENT YET BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. GENEVA, Dec. 8. The sub-committee consisting of Senor Quinones de Leon (Spain), Senor Guan (Uruguay), and Osten Unclen (Sweden) which was appointed to deal with the Mosul question, is still unable- to agree. It is stated that Unden is holding out against the settlement proposed by Britain. —Reuter.
