SOCIALIST MANIFESTO. “FIGHT TO THE DEATH’’ AN APPEAL TO LONDON. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Dec. 3, 10.15 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 2. The Socialist Party has issued a manifesto declaring its readiness to collaborate with the democratic parties which it has always helped and supported, but so far as collaboration with the Government is concerned it cannot submit to the appointments of Ministerial portfolios in . accordance with Parliamentary strength. The manifesto concludes with an appeal to all sections of Labour to fight to the death —Reuter.
