A final reminder is given of the Hawera school concert to be held in the Opera House to-night. Everything is going well, and a good performance of children’s items should ; be well worth seeing. Interest will be attached to the first public performance of the school orchestra and the flute band. Both organisations are playing well, assiduous rehearsing having been carried out under their tutor, Mr H. C. A. Fox. The whole performance is one that is certain to be popular. Box plans are at.
