PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE INCREASE IN RATES OF INTEREST ALLOWED TO ESTATES. From the Ist January, 1926. estates under administration by the Public Trustee and invested in the Common Fund will receive an increased rate of interest. REDUCTION IN CHARGES. From the same date the rates of commission for administering estates and the fees for preparation of mortgages will- be reduced. . The Public. Trustee has power when the circumstances so warrant to reduce the scale of charges prescribed by the regulations, and this power is frequently exercised. For full particulars apply to the Public Trustee or to his representatives throughout New Zealand.
