Kuosongling’s attempt to seize Mukden and capture Changtsolin has evidently not yet succeeded, but it is stated in reliable circles that he has taken prisoner several of Changtsolin s generals, with approximately 100,000 of his men, while Chang controls 50,000 around Mukden. Chang lias seized Kuosungling’s family and is holding them under the strictest surveillance at Mukden. —Reuter.
