SALE OF BUILDING SITES. A block of building sites, described as the best in Hawera, are advertised for sale by Messrs Grant and Co. in their replace advertisement in this issue. These sections are situated, in Gladstone Street, on an elevated position commanding a magnificent view of the country east of the town, and are well sheltered from the westerly winds. All the sections' are well above, the footpath level—some being 6ft above '—and are specially adapted for the building of good class homes. In addition to these sections a number of town and suburban properties are also offered.
The new budget of bargains announced by the Melbourne has already created a- bigger interest in the sale than did the opening announcement a fortnight ago. The bargains then offered have only served to whet the public’s appetite "for more, and those now advertised come most opportunely for those: to whom the expenditure jf money during the next few weeks '.offers a great problem.—Advt.
