IRREPRESSIBLE RIFFS.
FIGHT NOT YET ENDED
AMPLE MONEY AND WEAPONS. LONDON, Nov. 2. The Tangier correspondent of the Daily Mai], declares that salt-cellars must be emptied over all reports that Abd el Krim, the Riff leader, has reached the end of his tether, owing to desertions of tribesmen. v Krim possesses money, weapons, and reserves, and the French, despite tlieir advances, have never defeated the Riffs. The French and Spanish lines of communication are perilously placed, as the Riffs have no intention of ceasing fighting during the rainy months. The enemy, it is added, will harry the French and the Spanish troops, necessitating the continuance of costiv operations.
