The Matin’s San Sebastian- correspondent states that notwithstanding the censorship, it has been learnt that Lopezoslioa and General Sousa, two commonders- of the Covadonza region, and Colonels Pardo. Segund, Ogarcia, and other officers whose names are unknown, have been incarcerated in a mi'itary prison at Madrid, dt is believed in connection with the movement to overthrow the Directory, to restore constitutional guarantees and to summon Parliament.
There has been an agitation by officers in connection with the rewards promised by the President of the Directorate. Genera] De Rivera, to those participating in the landing at Alhucemas. hut the real object of the movement i s understood to "be a revival of the programme of the military Jtmkas adopted in 1917.—Reuter.
