Segund, Ogarcia, and other officers whose names are unknown, have been incarcerated in a mi'itary prison at Madrid, dt is believed in connection with the movement to overthrow the Directory, to restore constitutional guarantees and to summon Parliament.

There has been an agitation by officers in connection with the rewards promised by the President of the Directorate.
