BOLSHEVIK ANNIVERSARY. DISPLAY IN LONDON AND BERLIN. 5 . ' LONDON, Nov. 0. A reception which rivalled anything witnessed under the Czarist regime tor magnificence was held at the Soviet headquarters in London. The occasion was the celebration of the anniversary of the Bolshevik revolution. Five hundred guests were present* They included bankers, diplomats, and business men. An even more splendid display was recorded in Berlin, where a gathering of 800 guests at the Soviet Embassy, included the Chancellor (Dr. Luther), the Foreign Minister (Herr Stresemann), the British Ambassador (Lord d’Abernon), and the Russian Foreign Minister (M. Tchiteherin). A large portrait of the late Bolshevik leader (Lenin) was conspicuously displayed. An orchestra played “The International” several times. Such a recognition of the Soviet power in Berlin is unparalleled.
