INQUIRY ADJOURNED. (BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 10. Owing to the fact that a charge of manslaughter has been laid against the driver of the engine involved in the fatal railway accident on September 22, the Commission of Inquiry into the accident considers it advisable to discontinue its investigations till the charge has been dealt with, and arrangements for the hearing at Napier on the 17th have been cancelled.
