AFFECTING SCHOOL TEACHERS
AMENDING REGULATIONS. A register of school teachers is to IKpublished annually in conjunction with (lie graded lists of primary, technical and secondary teachers, in accordance with an Ordcr-in-Couneil gazetted the otlufr day. Other ’ amended regulations to flic Education Act provide that if a teacher is transferred from a permanent position which lie has occupied for loss than twelve months, to another permanent position, the commencing salary payable on transfer to his new position is to be the minimum- unless under special circumstances approved by the director. Leave of absence can also be extended in special cases with the approval of the Minister.
