PROPOSED NEW TITLE. PRINCE OF ALHUCEMAS. LONDON, Oct. 19. In connection with the welcome prepared for the Alarquis d’Estella, General de Rivera, on his return to Spain from Morocco, the municipality of Ronda, states the Madrid correspondent of The Times, has carried a resolution urging other municipalities to unite with it in soliciting the title of Prince of Alhucemas for the Alarquis. The town of Cadia has already erected a stone tablet to “the restorer of the nation.”
