MEETING OF FRIEEIZTNG COMPANY Mr. Charles Dickie, chairman of directors, presided over a. fair attendance of shareholders at the annual meeting on the Patea Farmers’ Co-op-erative Freezing Company, Limited, on i Wednesday. -r In moving the adoption of the report, the chairman said he regretted that the balance-sheet disclosed a loss of £150,000, which was attributable to the high schedule prices ruling for stock in New Zealand and the decline in mutton and lamb' prices on the market, together with the slump in wool.
