The concluding session of the Mandate,; Commission decided to adopt Sir Edward Lugard’s proposal to forward requests to the various mandatories lor information concerning the existing situation of ex-enemy properties in mandated territories, and for obervation regarding petitions and protests relating to the administration of certain territories, notably Syria.
