PREMIER’S NEW DUTIES. BONNET TO PREPARE BUDGET. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT PARIS, Oct. 29. M. Painleve, as Minister of the Treasury, will deal with Treasury questions regarding thei movement of funds, direct public accounts, negotiate w'ith banks, and deal with exchange questions. M. Bonnet, whose functions will shortly be defined by special decree, will control the administration of the finances of State monopolies and prepare the Budget.
