BARKLA. —In loving memory of .Tames 'Ba.rlda, of 119 Victoria St., ■Hawera, who died October 26th, 1924. Ilis cheery ways 'and kindly face Are a pleasure to recall; He had a smile for everyone, And died beloved by all. The flowers we lay upon his grave, May wither and decay, But love for him' who sleeps beneath Will never pass away. Inserted by his loving wife and family. SHAW. —In loving memory of Rifleman N. Shaw, 13th Reinforcements, killed at Le Quesnov, October 26th, 19.18; aged 21 years, lie sleeps beside his comrades, In a hallowed grave unknown, But his name is written in letters of love In the hearts he has left at home. Inserted by his loving mother, sisters and grandmother.
