STEAMER’S SEVERE LIST. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. . Receive Oct. 21, 11.55 a.m. SYDNEY, Oct,. 21. The Japanese freighter, Fujinxaru, arrived with a list of 20 degrees to starboard. While stevedores 'working on the wharf were trying to restore her to an even keel she heeled over to port until she made an angle of 22 degrees with the water. The vessel is in a perilous position, and efforts are being made to shift the cargo to starboard.
