TWO MEN KILLED. 8Y GABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT Received Oct. 21, 11.35 a.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 21. John Payne, aged 35, and George Burke, aged 47, were blasting at Bcxhill*railway quarry when a charge exploded prematurely killing both men.
