VTEWTON KING LTDi, acting under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, New Plymouth, will offer for sale hy public auction on THURSDAY, the 19th day of NOVEMBER, at 2 o’clock in. the afternoon at their Auction Rooms, Union Street, HAWERA — EIRSTLY —All that piece of land situate in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing 2 acres 1 rood and 34 perches', be the same a little more or less, being Allotments numbered 464 and Town of Norma,niby Extension, and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title, Vol. 27, Folio 156 (Taranaki Registry), situate at the corner of Ketemarae and Oliangai Roads, Normanby; and Secondly, all that piece of land situate in the said Provincial District, containing 4 acres and 38 perches, be the same a little more or less, being Allotments numbered 484, 486, 487 and 488, Township of Notmaiiby Extension, and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, vol. 11, folio 273, and Certificate of Title, vol. 19, folio 103 (Taranaki Registry), with- 6-roomed dwellinghouse thereon, situate at the corner of Wynyardi Street and Ohangai Road, Normanby. The above properties will be offered for sale in one lot on behalf of the Mortgagee in exercise of the power of sale conferred by. Memorandum of Mortgage registered number 44519.
