Mr. Kershaw, the well-known international, writing in the Sunday Express, says: “The overwhelming majority of Rugby men support Mr. Hill in the notable stand he is taking on behalf of the Dominions. Obviously if is fair that New Zealand should have a voice in the control of Rugby ; it is absurd to fob off the Dominions with an offer of a conference once in three years ’ Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
