WOOLULOSE.
A NEW MATERIAL. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Oct. 19, noon.) LONDON, Oct. 18. A company has been formed in London to manufacture woolulose, consisting of 70 per cent jute fibre and 30 per cent recovered wool, and which will be silkated by a treatment under hot rollers. The inventor claims that it rivals the softest wool and is very hard wearing. It costs three-quarters of the cheapest wool.—Svdney Sun Cable.
