BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. PARIS, Oct. 15. A Communist demonstration outside the Bolshevik pavilion at the Decorative Arts Exhibition was forcibly dispersed. Forty were arrested. The Communist Mayor at Saint Dois has been suspended for a month for grave dereliction of duty in allowing the public services to be held up on October 12 when the Communists attempted a general strike. The Communist Mayor and DeputyMayor at Halluin were also suspended for abusing the privileges of office.
