OPERA HOUSE —TO-NIGHT. A programme carefully compiled to suit all tastes will be submitted at the Opera House this evening. It is headed iby the Goldwyn production “Remmebrance.'’ The second attraction is Mack Sennett’s “Shriek of Araiby, ’ a five-reel feature with Ben Turpin in a burlesque comedy. Patrons are strongly advised to book, as this programme can be shown for one night only, owing .to the very heavy hookings of the Opera House. THE G RANH-TO-NIGHT-HOOT GIBSON IN “BET ’ER BUCK”. Hoot Gibson rides, fights and wins a woman’s. band in “Bet ’Er Buck, to ibe screened at the Grand Theatre to-night. The picture was made in Pendleton, Oregon, at the time of the 1934 annual round-up and the story was woven around certain ol inn Programme events adapted irom Charles Wellington Furlong's novel. In he won the all round championship at Pendleton. Tliis .place is acknowledged as being where the winner is declared to have achieved the final .honors or the year in cowboy sports.
