ORCHESTRAL SOCIETY.
REPEAT CONCERT ON MONDAY*
AT ELTHAM ON FRIDAY.
In response to many requests the committee of the Hawera Orchestral Society has agreed to repeat the very successful concert held last week. This will take place oh'Monday at the Opera House, and all who intend'going should ‘book their seats at once. The orchestra is rehearsing regularly, and the various numbers are going as well as they djd last week, when they met such an enthusiastic reception. On Friday a performance will be given at Eltham Town Hall, and this will be in aid of the Bands Carnival Country Queen candidate. Elthain people are fortunate in being able to hear this successful combination, and it is cei'tain that the cause for which the concert is to be given will 'be rewarded with a bumper house. A reminder is given that this will be the last opportunity of hearing this popular -body of performers., until next season, for it is the last concert of the year.
