A programme carefully compiled to suit all tastes will be submitted at the Opera House to-morrow (Saturday) evening. It is headed by the Goldwyn production “Remembrance.” The second attraction is Mack Sennett’s “Shreik of Araby,” a. five-reel feature with Ben Turpin in a burlesque comedy. Patrons are strongly advised to book, as this programme can be shown for one night only, owing to the very heavy hookings of the Opera House. THE GRANDI—TO-NIGHT. 1 —TO-NIGHT. HOOT GIBSON PICTURE. Some 75,000 persons watched the filming of many of the scenes in “Let ’Er Buck,” which will be screened in the Grand Theatre this evening, with Hoot Gibson as star. The vast number of men, women, and children who saw the picture making were present for the. purpose of seeing some of the world’s champion bronco riders, bull-doggers, ropers and trick riders strive to retain their laurels against men who in some cases proved more skilful, at Pendleton, Oregon, when the annual round-up was being held. Much of this- thrilling activity of the big arena was filmed, and incorporated into the story of “Let ’Er Buck,” for Hoot Gibson, and several of the- Universal Jvancih riders, who Kvere the company, participated in the programme events just as they had done in other years before they found easier employment jn picture. The principal supporting roles are played by Marian Nixon, as leading woman, Josie Sedgwick, G. Raymond Nye, Charles K. French, Fired Humes, and William Steele. Edward Sedgwick directed.
