FAVOURABLE PROSPECTS. BY CABLE,—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 15, 12.30 p.m. ' SYDNEY, Oct. 15. The annual report of the secretary of the Country Press Association, -which will be' presented at the annual conference on Tuesday next, referring to the newsprint industry, states that * there are proposals being developed in Victoria and Westralia, which, if given a free field, will undoubtedly result in the production of Australian newsprint on terms favourab'e to consumers.
