PATEA HOSPITAL BOARD.

MONTHLY MEETING. Rev. 11. Watson presided at the ordin-ax-y meeting of the Patca Hospital Board yesterday, when there were also present: Messrs. Belton, Taylor, Scown, Middleton, Watkins, McDonald and Back. The medical superintendent’s report showed that at the end of last month there were nine male and eleven female patients in the hospital; seventeen were admitted and nineteen discharged, leaving seven males and eleven females in the hospital at date of report. It was asked that any remits should be sent forward before the end of November, and urgent matters cropping up later by January, 1926. Any other matters would need a notice, of "motion. During the conference an address would be given by Dr. Valin - tine, Director-General of Hospitals, on system in hospital management and on his experiences during his recent trip to the Old World.
