LOAN REJECTED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGIJI Received Oct. 6,2 p.m. LONDON, Oat. 5. The We sham Board of Guardians rejected the Ministry of Health’s offer of a loan to enable the guardians to carry on their functions provided .they agreed to a reduction of the maximum scale for relief. The guardians had previously rejected an amendment that a ballot he taken ah relief stations to ascertain the will of the unemployed and all in receipt of relief. —Reuter.
