FOR NAVY • PERSONNEL. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 5, 11.10 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 4. Beginning on Monday, candidates for the Navy, both officers and men, will receive a reduced pay, ranging from sixpence per day upwards. The schedule is revisable every three years, according to the cost of living.—A. and N.Z. Assn.
