MUSICAL EXAMINATIONS.
ASSOCIATED BOARD OF R.A.M AND R.C.M.
On Thursday and Friday Mr Egerton Tidmareh, examiner to the Associated Board of R.A.M. and R.C.M., conducted the annual practical examinations in music in Hawera. The passes were as below, arranged in alphabetical order of teachers 1 :
Local Centre, final grade.—Misses Reilly: L. Haughton, K. Buekeridge. Advanced.—-Misses Reilly: Olive Grindrod (singing), B. J. Shoild, Grace Benton. Intermediate.—Misses Reilly: F. Boagey (singing), E. B. Page. School Higher.—Miss A. Dolan: Pearl Toy. Misses Reilly: Sheila Douglas.
Lower. —M. Newberry: Claud Shore, Frank Mills (violin). Miss A. Partridge: Joan Sellar. Misses Reilly: P. Ekdahl. Elementary.—-Miss A. Dolan : Zelda Spragg. Miss A. Partridge: Mary O’Dea. Mrs Nielsen : E. Brough. Miss L. Spence: M. Mawhinney.
