The Prohibitionist enforcement officer, the bootlegger, and the peddler of deadly “moonshine” —the inevitable offspring of Prohibition —are the only traffickers in' liquor. This is no mere, liair-splitting. The constant reiteration of the term “liquor traffic” is a deliberate ruse to deceive those who are susceptible to the lure of words.
