A telegram from Philadelphia states that while visiting Independence Hall with other members of the Inter-Par-liamentary Union on Wednesday, Richard M ulealiy, an Irish Free State representative, was struck in the face by one of a group of men and women. Fifteen arrests were made as a result of this and another disturbance which. ' greeted the delegates’ arrival at the railroad station.—Renter.
