POTATO PUDDING.
Bruise with a wooden spoon, through a eolaiider, six large, or twelve, middlesized boiled potatoes. Beat four eggs, mix with a pint of fresh milk; stir in the potatoes with sugar and seasoning to taste. Butter a dish, put in the mixture and bake for half an hour. A litlte good marmalade makes the ideal accompaniment.
