N.S.W. TEAM DEPARTS. (by TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 25. Ref ore their departure for Sydney by the Moeraki, the New South Wales Rugby team was officially farewelled by Mr A. C. Kitto on behalf of the New Zealand Rugby Union, who complimented the visitors on having won nine out of eleven games, and on their bearing generally, fhicli has resulted in many real friendships. Mr Baker, replying, thanked the New Zealand Union and all the. provinces and residents of towns visited for the wonderful time the players had been given. Although the programme was mere .strenuous 'than they liad anticipated, they had thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
