Many testators, who originally had a feeling that this State-guaranteed fund did not offer a sufficiently high rate of interest, compared with the possible returns from less secure investments, have changed their opinion after a careful consideration of all the facts. -Money* invested in the Common Fund begin to bear interest without delay; the safety of both capital and interest is guaranteed; the interest is paid promptly, in full, on <lue»dates; there is no break in the investment, so that there is never any loss of interest; the capital moneys are availabb* for distribution immediately the occasion arises. If, despite these advantages, a testator wishes to provide for special investment of money outside the Common Fund, the Public Trustee will arrange for the best available investment.
