His machine is a Savoia 5.16 Ter. Amphibian flying boat, designed, for bombing and reconnaissance, built' by the 5.1.A.1. firm of Sesto Oalende. A single 450 h.p. engine is fitted. The maximum speed is stated to be 124 miles an hour, v-nd its cruising radius 930 miles. A machine of this type attained a height of 15,000 ft. with a load of 11001 b.
