LETTER FROM N.Z. UNION. 3Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Sept. 23, 11.45 a.m. LONDON, Sept 252. At a meeting of the English Rugby Union committee in London it was decided to deal at some future meeting with a letter from the New Zealand Union regretting that the formation of the proposed Imperial Advisory Board had been relinquished in favour oi triennial conferences. —Reuter.
What will be one of the final attractions of the Rugby season—and possibly also one of the most attractive — will take place at Hawera on Saturday next, when the Hawera and Athletic senior teams will meet in an exhibition match, the proceeds to go equally to the Hawera Technical High School Sports Fund and the Sports queer: candidate in the Bands’ Carnival.
