THE LATEST FAD.

PHOTOGRAPHIC STOCKINGS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. PARIS, Sep. 20. Photographic stockings, on which the picture of the wearer or a friend is printed clearly by a new process on gossamer-like fabric, is the latest novelty. The picture is usually worn outside the leg, near the ankle hone. Alternatively the portrait can be set in medallion style in each instep. There are innumerable stockings, handpainted with floral enhist designs in new gunmetal colours, replacing flesh tints.—Sydney Sun Cable.
