CARNIVAL FIXTURES.

SCOTS IN THE LEAD. The carnival flags, which have remained unaltered during the last lew days, with the country candidate's colours leading were changed this morning and the Scottish candidate now leads with 1680 votes. The country candidate has 1149 votes to her credit, but at present it is not known the extent of the .sports candidate’s voting. Interest is growing keener day by day, and it is believed that there will be frequent changes in the flags during the coming few weeks.
