WELLINGTON, Sept

The case again fit Harry Tait, formerly superintendent of the Wellington .'Fire Brigade, who was recently suspended by the council for assaulting a brigadesman riahied De May, is proceeding in the Magistrate’s Court.

Pe May stated that he was called to Tait’ft office, when Tait charged him with, making remarks about a woman with whom Tait was concerned in divorce proceedings. Witness stated that Tait violently assaulted him.' The case is proceeding.
