CONJECTURE AS TO PLANS. PARIS, Sep. 14. A message from Fez states that now that the French have occupied all their objectives on the Ouerga front there is talk of the imminence of a big FrancoSpa nish push into the heart of the enemy country, though preparations are being made to secure winter quarters for a number of newly arrived regiments.
G ALLANT SPANIARDS
HEROIC DEFENCE BY OUTPOST. MADRID, Sep. 14. A communique states that Prinio De Rivera visited Renikarricli and congratulated the defenders of Kudiaitahar on their heroic stand, particularly that of an outpost garrison of twenty-two, six of whom were killed, and lour wounded. The remainder, though worn out, held out against an incessant and furious attack. Patrols sent out into the ravines near Kudiatahar found only corpses.

LONDON, Sep. 15. A crack Spanish regiment embarking at Malaga for Morocco mutinied. Many were killed and injured in the course #f conflicts with the police.
