A demonstration strike was carried out by Austrian civil servants, woo assembled in the Town Hall and resolved that Austria’s represen--reive at the Geneva Conference should draw the attention of the League ot Nations to their intolerable situation
The demonstrators include.! officials of the chief criminal oouvt, where, despite vehement threats from the Judge, the strikers interrupted ihe trial of a burglar, who was forcibly removed from the dock. Most-or the warders and officials quitted the building after locking the doors.
