ONE CLAUSE BILL.
LIGHTS ON VEHICLES. PROM OUR PARLIAMENTARY REPORTER. WELLINGTON, Sept. 10. A one clause Bill was introduced by the Minister for Internal Affairs. It provides that the Lights on Vehicles Act is not to apply to motor vehicles that are for the time being subject to regulations under the Motor Vehicles Act in regard to lighting.
