A telegram from Denver, Colorado, says that Oliver Henry Wallop, a Wyoming cattle rancher, who succeeds his brother as Earl of Portsmouth, bv the latter’s' death, cannot retain his American citizenship if he accepts the title, according to the belief of the immigration officials here. Wallop was naturalised before the law was passed holding that an alien applying for citizenship must have re. nouneed his hereditary titles. Reuter.
