CHARGE OF MURDER WITHDRAWN. dY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT (Received Sep. 10, 2.10 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Sep. 10. At the inquest on Charles Alexander Clarke, who died as a result of a knife wound in the neck, the coroner returned an open finding. The charge of murder against William Vincent Clarke, his brother, was withdrawn.
