Gilligan, b Kilner 17 Haig, not out 50 Newman, 1.b.w., b Tate 12 Kennedy, 1.b.w., b Tate 11 Macaulay, c Sutcliffe, b Tate 5 Extras 17 Total 179 Bowling analysis: Tate seven for 75, Kilner one for 32, Douglas ono for 42. In their second innings the M.C.C. eleven lost Hobbs’ wicket, howled by Macaulay, for none.—A. and N.Z. Ass'n.
