Yesterday, 10 days after the operation, he was able to return to his home, though it will, of course, he some time before he can pursue his usual duties. The last letter received from Dr.’ Mc-Ghie, of Hawera, stated that he had taken a course of studies at the Post Graduate School of Medicine, New York. After devoting some time tx> the study of nervous diseases, he spent several days at th e . Alt. Sinai Hospital, New York, and at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal. This concludes Dr. McGhie’s American tour and he sneaks very highly of the reception given to him by the doctors at th e Mayo Clinic and at the various hospitals throughout the United States and Canada. A cable just received states that he is now in London and will be leaving shortly for New Zealand
