' PROPOSED PROHIBITION. A N.S.W. LABOUR BILL. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT. Received Sept. 5, 12.10 p.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 5. The Labour caucus approved of the draft of a Bill to prohibit night baking and the delivery of fresh bread. The hours of baking would bo between seven in the morning and six at night. Employees engaged in baking pastry will be allowed to start an hour earlier than operative bakers. The reason for prohibiting the delivery of fresh bread is stated to he mainly to prevent' the fostering of small bakeries, which do not employ labour and enable the bread carters to make a delivery within reasonable hours.
